Last week, the team for Elanora Parkdale – including Project Director Kathleen Bainbridge and Design Director Graham Burows – celebrated the project’s topping out.

Due for completion in May 2027, Elanora Place pays homage to the mid-century aesthetic for which Beaumaris and its surrounding suburbs are known. The development creates 43 homes with a design that draws on the scale, materiality and character of Parkdale and its bayside character.

The topping out event was an opportunity for the project team to mark an important milestone in construction while also enjoying a taste of what makes bayside living so special – sweeping views of the water, along with a strong sense of community and place.
