Last night, two JCB projects were recognised at the City of Port Phillip Design and Development Awards and the Bayside Built Environment Awards.

At the City of Port Phillip Design and Development Awards, the St Kilda Pier Redevelopment received the Award for Excellence in Urban Design and the Award for Excellence in Cultural and Community Benefit. Thank you to our project partners, Site Office Landscape Architecture and AW Maritime.

At the Bayside Built Environment Awards, Dendy Beach Pavilion won the Best Commercial Building Award and received High Commendations in the Best New Building and Most Creative Design categories.

For Project Director Veryan Curnow: “The awards reflect the impact both projects have had on their respective communities. It’s the best kind of reward knowing that in the short time since their completion, they’ve become a vital part of the social and cultural fabric of Bayside and Port Phillip, and that residents and visitors appreciate and enjoy them every day.”
