North Wharf is a pivotal master planning scheme, tasked with recharging the historical finger wharf between the Yarra River and Victoria Harbour, as an extension of Collins St in the Docklands.

It aims to restore the lost industrial character of the precinct and provide an assembly of distinctive architectural identities in reference to the historical maritime context.
Through the proposed design, these driving elements will allow the precinct to stitch cohesively with Melbourne’s existing character.
