Elanora Place is a contemporary reimagining of the mid-century aesthetic. Comprising 43 luxury homes, the design draws on the architectural legacy and bayside charm of Parkdale and carefully considers the scale, materiality and character of its context.

The design of Elanora, meaning “a home by the sea,” adopts clean lines and soft, natural finishes to harmonise with Parkdale’s bayside character, creating a seamless connection to the surrounding landscape and easy access to local amenities, transport links, and the natural beauty of the coastline.

The development features a series of purposefully designed communal spaces—including a rooftop terrace with sweeping coastal views, built-in BBQ areas, and tranquil garden retreats—fostering both connection and calm. With landscaping by Plume Studio, every detail reflects a deep appreciation for place, community, and the understated elegance of coastal living.
