T3 Collingwood Open House Melbourne 

This weekend T3 Collingwood will open its doors to the public as part of Open House Melbourne.  

Led by Senior Associate Jimmy Walker, tours will focus on T3 Collingwood’s innovative mass-timber construction, which uses locally sourced XLam and Australian Sustainable Hardwoods (ASH).

T3’s completion demonstrates that timber can be successfully adopted in the highly cost-competitive commercial sector to provide a premium building with outstanding sustainability credentials, along with wellbeing benefits to its occupants.

Jimmy will lead four tours on Saturday 27 July. No bookings are required, and more details about tour times can be found on the Open House Melbourne website.

In September, Graham Burrows will present T3 Collingwood to an international audience at the CTBUH (Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat) Conference in London.
