Sarah Lynn Rees, Associate Principal

Sarah has made a tremendous contribution to the growth of our practice in recent years and has become a nationally recognised leader in the highly specialised field of Indigenous-led design. Sarah’s generosity and commitment to this space is unstoppable and our practice has benefitted enormously from her thoughtful leadership and determination. Sarah’s voice will bring further diversity to our strategic management team and demonstrates our ongoing commitment to Indigenous-led design and the health and wellbeing of Country.

Luke Wilson, Associate Principal

Luke has demonstrated a rigorous commitment to the delivery of high-quality design outcomes and exceptional client and project management over many years. More recently Luke’s focus has included leadership of Infrastructure projects and our growing Build-to-Rent portfolio. Luke’s management capabilities are highly regarded amongst both our clients and project consultants, and he will continue to lead larger projects with a combined focus on design and project directorship whilst also supporting JCB’s strategic development.
