We’re delighted to announce four promotions. Join us in congratulating Bernie, Alecia, Richie and Nathan for their project work, leadership and contributions to our studio.

Bernadette Zajd, Senior Architect
Diligent, thoughtful and an excellent problem-solver, Bernie has worked across many of the studio’s largest multi-residential projects including the recently completed Bangs Street Prahran and Windsor Park. A versatile architect with extensive delivery experience, her contributions are always considered, and she excels at navigating the challenges thrown up in the construction phase of large-scale projects.

Alecia O'Neill, Senior Interior Designer.
Alicia joined the studio last year and quickly stepped into a leadership role in the delivery of multiple projects while also becoming a fantastic contributor to the interiors team. In addition to bringing strong experience in the multi-residential space, she plays a key role in resourcing and team management through mentoring and support.

Nathan Crowe, Senior Architect
Nathan is our resident student accommodation specialist, having recently delivered Grattan Street Student Accommodation as Project Architect. A steady hand on projects with many moving parts, he moves between big picture thinking and small detail problem solving to ensure the design aspiration is carried from inception to completion.

Richie Wong, Senior 3D Visualiser
Richie plays a vital role bringing our projects to life through his expert visualisation skills. There are few projects in the studio Richie hasn’t brought his magic to, but most recently his renders for Western Sydney University Indigenous Centre of Excellence and numerous design competitions have been outstanding.
