Windsor Park has won the 2025 UDIA Award for Medium Density Development (Victoria).

Inspired by minimalist Japanese architecture, Windsor Park pairs elegant forms and apertures with playful materiality. Thirty-three park-side residences nestle within 3,000-square-metres of lush gardens, cultivating a deep connection to the site’s leafy setting.
