ST. ALi Kiosk Melbourne Airport has been shortlisted in the 2024 Eat Drink Design Awards!

Our seventh collaboration with the legendary Melbourne-based coffee pioneers, the brief was to design a place that “stands out from the crowd”. Which it does, care of a rich palette of bizanto quartzite, custom-formed terrazzo, leather and brass.

Responding to the airport’s constant movement in a vibrant and engaging way, the custom laser-cut metal bar front references Melbourne’s laneway culture. The departure board-inspired mechanical signage evokes the heyday of 1960s travel while the bell-shape bar is reminiscent of old-style railway stations and American diners.
