Currently under construction at 341 George St, this mixed-use development is shaped by its unique neighbourhood character and makes a positive contribution to the local community and streetscape. The name McLaren and Co recalls the original printing press that occupied the site for many decades.

Comprising 17 apartments with a mix of 2, 3 or 4 bedroom configurations plus 2 half floor penthouses, each residence has been carefully curated, offering customisation through a light or dark colour palette and floorplan layout.

Circular forms within the interiors are a nod to the history of the site and include statement detailing to the island benches.

Inspired by the surrounding Fitzroy locale, an industrial/warehouse concept is realised through the refined rawness of contemporary materials: metal look finishes, brass, fluted glass, natural stone and timber.
