Dendy St Residences reimagines Brighton’s living opportunities by offering four, spacious, luxury apartments in an area of Melbourne’s south east that is largely occupied by single dwellings.

Comprising two north-facing and two south-facing residences situated approximately 100 metres from the beach and 400 meters from the historic Brighton Bathing Boxes, the design responds to the coastal proximity in various subtle ways: the use of natural materials, organic shapes, an ethereal colour palette and reflective surfaces.

From the street, the facade is distinguished by the strikingly angular balcony and soffit. The tiles on the facade are reminiscent of the shimmer of water or the subtle colours of shells found along the shoreline.

The external brickwork that wraps the entire building flows into the communal lobby and throughout the living interiors, aiding to blur the sensation between inside and outside.
