About the role
We are on the search for a dynamic, energetic and successful Submissions and Media Manager to work with our leadership team and to successfully manage our submissions, marketing, communications and media components of the business.
In this role your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Facilitating and contributing to the development of high quality and client focused proposals / submissions, through to development of high quality written content and graphic presentation.
Lead the process in relation to the planning and timeline for the submission process ensuring deadlines are met.
Ensuring that proposals are compliant with the relevant submission requirements.
Lead the creative direction of the submission with input from the leadership team as required.
Managing social media platforms and production of associated creative content.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this position you will have a professional manner with great relationship-building skills and an understanding of the importance of treating information with confidentiality.
The following outlines the required attributes:
Ideally you will have worked in a similar creative field managing the submissions, marketing and communications components of the practice.
You have excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
You are fully competent in the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign.
You have the ability to work under minimal supervision and successful manage and drive the submission process to meet deadlines.
You are well organized and enjoying working in a team based environment.
